Alexandra Endara

Alexandra Endara is the Senior Program Officer for the Latin American and the Caribbean portfolio with ABA CHR. Alexandra has over 10 years of project design and implementation experience. Prior to joining ABA CHR, Alexandra was the Program Manager of the Institute on Inequalities in Global Health (IIGH) at the University of Southern California (USC), where she worked with local and international partners to advance the Institute’s operations and mission to address health disparities through research, education, and policymaking. 

From 2012 to 2018, Alexandra worked with four global practices at the World Bank on stakeholder participation, context analysis, project design, and lessons learned. Alexandra has also collaborated with the Bernard van Leer Foundation, where she engaged with local grantees and implementers to facilitate project implementation and monitoring of the foundation’s Brazil portfolio. Alexandra holds a Master’s in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
