13 Trump Judges Declare They Won’t Hire From Columbia, Citing Anti-Semitism, “Bigotry”

In a May 6, 2024 letter to Columbia University’s president, 13 federal judges appointed during the Trump administration declared they would boycott hiring clerks from Columbia because of the school’s handling of pro-Palestinian protests, calling it an “incubator of bigotry.” Some signers, such as Judge James C. Ho of the Fifth Circuit, have previously refused to hire Yale and Stanford graduates.
