Law Schools Struggle to Comply with Faculty/Staff Diversity Accreditation Standard

According to a recent ABA Journal article, deans of law schools, including University of Oregon, recently articulated a need for clarity on what accreditation Standard 206 requires, particularly because a May 2021 rule change now requires determinations of noncompliance to be made public.  Standard 206 requires accredited law schools to demonstrate a commitment to having a diverse faculty and staff.
