ABA Journal Interviews Law Professor Who Takes Issue with “Mismatch” Theory of Affirmative Action

 HLBytes reported previously on a controversial study concluding that students admitted to law schools via affirmative action have lower bar passage rates than they would have at schools for which they were “matched” in terms of credentials. In this ABA Journal interview, UCLA’s Prof. Sherod Thaxton argues the study’s assumptions are flawed and discusses the evidence for benefits to affirmative action recipients.
