DOJ Subpoenas Telehealth Company for Potential Overprescribing of Stimulants

Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York have served Cerebral, a telehealth company that treats attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, with a grand jury subpoena relating to an investigation into possible violations of the Controlled Substances Act. The subpoena was directed to Cerebral Medical Group, a contractor that provides healthcare services on behalf of Cerebral.
