Reducing Racial Disparities in Cancer

Many believe that there has been inadequate representation of minority patients in clinical trials, particularly in cancer trials. Disparities also exist in access to new therapies and treatments. One solution to cancer research disparities could be a large public-private partnership with the involvement of an entity such as the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health. This entity  could be at least partially funded by the Cancer Moonshot, reinvigorated earlier this year.
