The Health Law Section is pleased to co-present two all-levels Vinyasa flow yoga sessions featuring Gioconda Parker, creator of the Body Resilient programming intended to support your physical, mental and emotional health during these challenging times.
Being held Wed, June 23 and Wed, July 7 at 5:30 PM CT, these 60 minute sessions begin with an artfully sequenced Vinyasa flow that transitions into nourishing longer-held stretches where you can focus on breath and creating more space in your body. This all levels class is designed to allow you to participate in a way that is both nurturing and challenging, with options along the way so you can choose the practice that is right for you.
