On March 2 and 4, the ABA’s Health Law Section Cancer Legal Advocacy Interest Group will hold its Annual Spring Cancer Legal Advocacy Workshop. In this two-part series panelists will navigate the challenges of a fictitious cancer patient recently diagnosed with Lymphoma, a form of cancer that begins in infection-fighting cells of the immune system. Follow the patient as he meets with four expert attorneys who will walk him through the critical legal challenges he will face during the various stages of his diagnosis, treatment, and remission.
