The Health Law Section is pleased to present three wellness sessions featuring Gioconda Parker, creator of the Body Resilient programming intended to support your physical, mental and emotional health during these challenging times.
Each 20 minute session offers a different area of health and wellness, and includes simple experiences you can repeat at your desk or at home for overall health and wellbeing. A short Q&A will follow each session.
The topics to be covered:
- Feb. 18 at Noon CT - Resilient: Your Three Levels of Brain Function Understanding how your brain works can help you learn how to manage moments of stress or high emotion. Come back to your best self more quickly with a few simple tools.
- Feb. 25 at Noon CT - Resilient: Tools to stay Grounded, Centered & Inspired Feeling grounded, centered and inspired happen in your body more than in your brain. Learn how to feel the way you intend to through a handful of steps.
- March 4 at Noon CT - Resilient: Self-Soothing Exercises to Use & Share Meet life’s challenging moments with active self-compassion and kindness. Learn these skills so you can use them, and share them.
