The Health Law Section is pleased to present three wellness sessions in January featuring Gioconda Parker, creator of the Body Resilient programming intended to support your physical, mental and emotional health during these challenging times.
Each 20 minute session offers a different area of health and wellness, and includes simple experiences you can repeat at your desk or at home for overall health and wellbeing. A short Q&A will follow each session.
