Pandemic and Protest: Resources for Mental Health and Legal Services

In the midst of a global pandemic, many protests have arisen to protest police brutality against the African American community following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, MN.  Several organizations are providing mental health resources, and several organizations are accepting donations to assist those who need legal resources. The effects that injustice and resulting protests have on someone’s mental health is not new, as one review provides an analysis of the issue by analyzing 52 studies that have been conducted on the topic.
