U.S. Courts Issue Report on Conducting Jury Trials During the Pandemic

The federal judiciary’s Jury Subgroup of the COVID-19 Judicial Task Force has published its report on conducting jury trials during the pandemic. The report offers guidance to individual courts preparing to reopen, including suggestions on interacting with jurors, jury selection, courtroom preparation, evidence presentation, and other trial and grand jury considerations. The Jury Subgroup is made up of district court judges.
