In August, the ABA Health Law Section announced the creation of the Dobbs Task Force. The Task Force’s mission is to provide educational materials for Health Law Section members whose clients are impacted by the complex health law issues related to Dobbs. As a result of their work, we are pleased to provide our members this Dobbs Special Edition of eSource that explores the legal implications of the landmark Supreme Court decision. A special thank you to the authors as well as the below Task Force members for making this special edition happen.

We are also coordinating with other Section leaders in the creation of programming, including a webinar, and sessions at both our Washington Health Law Summit being held December 12–13 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Washington, DC, and Emerging Issues in Healthcare Conference being held March 8–11 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.
