Survey Finds Glass Ceiling Remains a Top Obstacle According to Professional Women

Delta Airlines and The Female Quotient’s 2024 Women in the Workplace market survey found that over 80% of professional women are at least somewhat satisfied with their careers, with women reporting that the two biggest barriers to career satisfaction are (1) workplace or organizational barriers, and (2) the glass ceiling. 87% of nonwhite respondents agreed with the statement that “the glass ceiling still exists for women in their industry.”
