Submit Your Proposals for the 2024 Washington Health Law Summit!

We are excited for the 23rd Annual Washington Health Law Summit (WHS) that will be held December 9-10, 2024, in Washington, DC. Presentation proposals may be offered by anyone with interest and expertise in any of the varied aspects of the latest healthcare legal and policy issues that impact the healthcare industry. All proposals must be submitted via the proposal link below by the deadline to receive consideration. Proposals from members of the ABA Health Law Section will be given priority over non-member submissions.

The deadline to complete and submit the Program Proposal Form is Friday, June 28, 2024. Please note that emailed proposals will not be accepted.

Your proposal must include a title, a detailed description and two speakers. The ABA Health Law Section continually strives to increase the participation of women, diverse ethnicities, disabled and LGBTQ speakers in our activities, as well as promote diversity in geographic locations and practice settings. Please consider these criteria when submitting your proposal.

You may receive questions regarding your proposal from the WHS program planning committee. You will receive notification regarding your proposal submission once the program planning committee has finalized their selections. We ask for your patience as it is a lengthy process.
