Even after a recent stay of a similar suit filed by Moderna, Pfizer has again found itself the target of a lawsuit over its COVID-19 vaccine. The new suit, filed by biopharma company GSK, accuses Pfizer and BioNTech of infringing GSK’s patents in developing their “Comirnanty”-branded COVID-19 shot.
