CMS Announces Minimum Staffing Standards for LTC Facilities

As previously reported in HLBytes CMS finalized  minimum staffing requirements for long-term care facilities that participate in Medicare and Medicaid on April 22, 2024. Notably, however, the rule staggers implementation of the standards over three phases, and three years, for non-rural facilities.
