    Pitfalls of Advance Directives in the Post-Acute Space

    In anticipation of "National Healthcare Decisions Day" on April 16, 2023, the PACC desires to assist attorneys in recognizing common pitfalls in drafting advance directives as well as pitfalls post-execution: When is an advance directive effective? How does a provider determine whether an advance directive is compliant? What decisions can be made in an advance directive?
