Words hold power. In today's geopolitical climate, certain phrases, especially those related to Israel and to the Jewish people, can unintentionally cause harm and lead to violence. This program aims to shed light on the interpretation of some common phrases we are hearing today and how to encourage effective dialogue to foster mutual understanding. In addressing some of the antisemitic tropes and stereotypes that Jewish people face, especially in today's charged political climate, this program will provide concrete takeaways to activate action towards combating antisemitism in an effort to advance respectful dialogue.
