Raymond M. Brown, Debbie Wei, and Dana Y. King

GPSolo Activate Diversity Series

What is Critical Race Theory (CRT) and why is it being criticized? Should CRT be taught in schools? Is it taught in schools? Does CRT provide that all white people are racist? Does CRT address individual beliefs or call on structural policies to be examined and rectified? These are just a few of the questions that spark discussion when discussing CRT, but there are so many more to answer.

This program addressed the beliefs about, and criticisms of CRT and the privilege associated with criticizing a theory without significant knowledge of its fundamental principles in history.
