Welcome to our new column in GPSolo eReport featuring short introductions of new Division members. Up this month: Alton Moore.
How long have you been practicing law?
A little over three years.
Why did you join GPSolo?
I recently branched out and started a solo practice; I wanted to build a network of solos in different fields.
What’s your practice area?
I’m a licensed CPA as well as an attorney in California; I deal with cross-border transactions and international tax issues, and I help businesses coming into (and leaving) the United States with structuring and compliance on the tax side.
I’m a young guy in Southern California—I like to go to the beach when allowed and appropriate! I want a good work-life balance, and I also like to maintain good relationships with attorneys. On that note, reach out to me! Feel free to network or bring questions in my area of practice. I want to build relationships: Don’t be scared to contact me! I can be reached at Evolution Tax & Legal via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone at 949/229-6015.
