Mindfulness 101: Reflections Through the 2020 Prism of Mindfulness

We are at the end of a very interesting year. I see lots of memes that talk about what a terrible year it has been. I always shrink back from those negative affirmations and limiting mind-sets because I know that I have learned a great deal about myself this year and have had a great opportunity to learn how to do my life and practice better and in new ways. My wish is for you to feel the same way as you reflect on this year and make plans for next year.
