Mindfulness 101: Practicing Compassion for Yourself and Others

I always have a subject in mind for my next column, and then something else comes up and I change directions. It happened again this month when I planned to write about overcoming FEAR and developing resilience with your mindfulness practice.

Instead, the topic of compassion jumped out at me as a result of a recent experience.

I want to share what I observed and then learned.
