When the Internet first appeared 30 years ago, it began as static web pages of content, simply a new channel of information. It wasn’t long until businesses and IT companies recognized the commercial value of the Internet, and one industry and sector after another began to transform. Now, we are on the exponential curve of the Internet. Social media is part of daily life, and every other day we hear about another innovation, acquisition, or entrepreneurial company born from technological advancement.
