The new year is well underway! Since my last mindfulness column, I have been able to present my new workshop on the subject of “energy management” to two different groups. The response has let me know I am on the right track with my message. Rather than thinking in terms of “time” management, I recommend we think in terms of “energy” management. How we manage our energy each day will affect our productivity level and the satisfaction we derive from our daily activities.
