Digital evidence, or electronic evidence, consists of any probative information stored or transmitted in digital form that a party to a court case may use at trial. More and more of it is becoming available from unusual places. As our lives and our clients’ lives get further entwined with technology, more of that data may unknowingly become available to parties in a matter.
