Mindfulness 101: Start with Meditation

If there was ever a time when the skill and practice of mindfulness comes in handy it is the HOLIDAZE! People rush around closing things out for the year, buying gifts, holding and attending Christmas parties, and a variety of other potentially stressful situations. In addition to the regular challenges of everyday life, the practice of law in an increasingly competitive environment brings many situations in which being “mindful” will give you the edge, not just in terms of successfully concluding cases, but also preserving your health and sanity in the process.
