Permanent Parenting Plan

Larry Rice and Nick Rice
  • Use this plan to determine issues such as visitation and insurance.

Editor's Note: Attached is a form Parenting Plan in a Divorce case. Of course, I strongly recommend that you make sure it complies with the requirements of your local law and is in the form required by your local law.  This is an excellent form that provides you with many issues to consider when drafting a parenting plan. Of course, your case may have other issues that need to be added, and some that are included here may not be needed.  I hope you find this helpful in your practice.
