Attorneys are known as passionate advocates for their clients. That is what makes lawyers so effective—and helpful. Their advocacy skills are excellent. They have an argument for everything and are focused on winning their clients’ cases. Normally, that is a great mind-set for an attorney to have. After all, what client would want an attorney who is not focused on winning?
