In this new reality of a long-term health pandemic and economic crisis, we often find ourselves lacking in motivation. We are hit with wave after wave of bad news, whether it is a loved one getting sick or dying, losing clients who can no longer afford to pay their bills or losing leads who can no longer afford an attorney, or simply getting depressed about these valleys we are walking in our lives. Our psyche takes a constant beating, and the prolonged crisis will seemingly cause years of turmoil (and for some who have lost loved ones, the pandemic has forever altered our lives). How do we keep going when the crashing waves never seem to end?
