Well, Happy New Year!!! I have never been a “resolutions” kind of person. Maybe because in general I’m contrarian (because I can resolve to do something at any time, why go with the masses?), or maybe because I know I’ll never keep the resolution. So, rather than talk resolutions, let’s talk courage. In fact, depending on your resolution, you might need courage to stick with it. It is likely that your resolution relates to some area of improvement in your life. That improvement will hopefully lead to better well-being in your life. Although your desired improvement may be in a personal area of your life, improvement in that area will likely have a positive impact in the professional area of your life.
