Training Your Client to Stay in Compliance

I remember sitting next to my client John in the conference room, getting ready to deliver the shiny vinyl binder. John was one of my very first clients, and after working with him for several weeks to form his new company, I was finally delivering his new corporate binder. I explained to him all the documents inside the binder during our exit meeting and was getting ready to congratulate him on his new venture.
