Lawyers Need Sleep, Too

Practicing law, for many solos and small firm attorneys, requires long hours. Add time devoted to family, friends, hobbies, chores, etc., and sleep often receives a low priority. And while many in the United States don’t get enough sleep, an oft-quoted study (the National Health Interview Survey) says lawyers are among the most sleep-deprived occupations.
