The Ethical Traps a Family Law Practitioner Must Avoid

Family law can be a very rewarding area of practice, but it has its well-known downsides. One downside is that family law usually ranks first or second among practice areas for complaints received by disciplinary offices. The good news is that these complaints frequently relate to things that can be addressed fairly easily. The other good news is that these complaints often do not result in any disciplinary action. Unfortunately, even complaints that do not result in discipline may consume large amounts of your time and cause a great deal of stress.
