THE CHAIR’S CORNER: Not Just for Litigators

I was sitting second chair in a civil trial in Atlanta, Georgia, assisting with voir dire when I learned that I had passed the Georgia Bar Exam. The next morning I argued and won my first motion in limine. It also was my last motion in limine because I switched from litigation to practicing business and general corporate transactional law.
