GP MENTOR: What I Wish I Knew from the Start about Litigation

In 25 years of litigation, I’ve learned much that I wish I knew at the start. For example, I wish I knew how accurate the old adage is: The law is indeed a jealous mistress. Litigation means deadlines. Far more than in other fields of law, it means working nights, weekends, and even vacations to stay on top of your cases.
