Technology and the Sale of a Law Practice

We hear you’re looking to buy a law practice or have had enough and want to sell your own practice. There are many considerations to bear in mind, some of which will depend on whether you’re going to be the buyer or the seller. But one area that is often overlooked by those on both ends of the sale is the technology owned or leased by the law practice in question.
