Litigating cases against parties represented by large law firms can be challenging for solo practitioners. Planning for and handling discovery, anticipating and addressing law and motion matters, and trying cases present unique challenges for the solo practitioner when confronted with multiple lawyers representing the other side. The program will present solutions to frequently encountered problems that will assist the solo practitioner in effectively handling the litigation for the client's benefit.
