ABA House of Delegates Resolution
In honor of the 50th Anniversary, the Division submitted a Resolution to the ABA House of Delegates at the 2012 Midyear Meeting that the American Bar Association supports and encourages the continued efforts of solo, small firm, and general practice lawyers to provide access to justice by delivery of legal services to those in need. It was adopted by the ABA House of Delegates on February 6, 2012.

ABA Board of Governors
The ABA Board of Governors met in New Orleans, LA, from February 2 to 3, 2012 and proclaimed Wednesday, August 8, 2012, as Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Day.
