U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Swearing-In Ceremony
To apply to be sworn in, please submit a completed application form, a check for $50 payable to Clerk of the Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and an ORIGINAL SIGNED certificate from the presiding judge, clerk, or other appropriate officer of the court listed in question 10, or from any other appropriate official from the Bar of such court, that the applicant is currently a member of the Bar in good standing. The certificate must be dated within one year of the date of this application. The application must be received by January 2, 2024. Please send to the attention of Court Clerk Ellen Rambo-Wilson and note the ceremony will be held in person in Louisville, KY February 2, 2024.
