Welcome to the Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division. My name is Shama Puranik. I am a law student at New York Law School, and your Law Student Liaison. The Government and Public Sector Lawyer’s Division fosters community among public interest lawyers through events that bring together every corner of their diverse membership – ranging from seminars on first amendment issues to articles and podcasts about navigating employment benefits. As we navigate uncertain times, I hope to embrace this spirit and create connections between law students across the country and the dedicated members of the GPSLD.
