Bid-Rigging Detection CLE Webinar
Both the private and public sectors often rely on a competitive bidding process to acquire goods and services. For the process to truly be competitive, bidders need to set their prices honestly and independently from one another. When they collude, the customer ultimately loses. In this webinar, learn how federal and state antitrust enforcers and economists sniff out potential bid-riggers. There will be an exploration of federal and state antitrust and consumer protection laws and a discussion using real world examples.
