    Reversing the district court’s dismissal, the Ninth Circuit reinstated a complaint filed by a blind customer against Domino’s Pizza (Domino’s), alleging that Domino’s website and mobile application for ordering pizza was not fully accessible to him in violation of the Americanswith Disabilities Act (ADA) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (UCRA).
