In this virtual escape room game, players take on the role of a group of fantasy adventurers on an epic quest. Unfortunately, the party has stumbled into an enchanted forest and upon the lair of an evil witch - and she's not a fan of trespassers. She's put a curse upon the group, and if you're unable to break the curse within an hour, you'll be stuck inside of the enchanted forest forever.  You will work together with the others in your virtual group to break the curse and make it through the forest.

Four Fundamentals of Coffee

Four Fundamentals of Coffee

Are you a coffee aficionado?  Learn how to brew your own specialty coffee creations at home using secrets from the experts and chat with your fellow coffee aficionados!  During this program, you will learn how to brew the perfect cup of coffee every time.  We will explore the four fundamentals of brewing (water, proportion, grind and freshness) which affect everyone who brews coffee, regardless of which brewing method they use.  Participants will have the opportunity to ask a coffee expert any questions they have regarding coffee.  If you wish to follow along, have a French press, hot water, and your favorite coffee pre-ground and ready to brew.  Mike Fuller is a paralegal in the Law & Corporate Affairs department at Starbucks.  He is a certified coffee master and has been responsible for leading the department’s coffee education program for many years.  Mike is widely regarded as one of the department’s “go-to” coffee experts.  Plan to share your perfectly brewed cup of coffee in the networking breakout that will follow.
