Family Advocate, one of the nation’s premier family law publications, is the quarterly membership magazine of the ABA Section of Family Law. Most issues are dedicated to a family law theme established in advance by the Family Advocate Board of Editors. Articles are mainly written by and for family law attorneys and other professionals involved in divorce, child custody, adoption, assisted reproductive technologies, and other family-law-related matters. Our Summer issues, however, are “Client Manuals” written by attorneys and other professionals expressly for clients.
