Uncovering Uncommon Benefits Children Receive from Parents

It is becoming more common for children to be born to older parents. These parents may begin to receive retirement benefits, Social Security benefits, or other benefits that are independent financial resources for their children while they are still under a child support obligation. This program will identify different independent financial sources children may receive from their parents and how to effectively present an argument that these sources should be considered as a factor to deviate from guideline child support.
