Family Law Quarterly (ISSN: 0014-729X), published digitally four times per year, is the journal of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law, published as a service to its members. Family Law Quarterly publishes theme issues on topics of interest to lawyers practicing in the field of family law. Recent issues have covered: Assisted Reproductive Technology, International Custody, Domestic Violence and the annual Review of the Year in Family Law.

Submit an Article (Information for Authors)

Family Law Quarterly welcomes the submission of original articles, comments, notes, and book reviews.  If you would like to submit an article for possible publication, initial consultation with Board members is advisable. Please submit your article ideas using our Article Proposal Form.
