This recorded brown bag addresses what you need as a practitioner to be prepared to mediate a complex domestic matter. Our speaker addresses the need for attorneys to come to the mediation table well prepared and ready to discuss outstanding financial and custodial issues, the need to include experts in these areas, whenever possible, to ensure the mediation can proceed without roadblocks. We also discuss how attorneys and mediators can work together to handle difficult client personalities and emotional issues which would otherwise serve as impediments to a successful mediation outcome.
