Harrison Bench will join the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP this summer as a legal intern in their Sustainability Advisory Practice Group. He is currently a second-year law student at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and will be starting the master of environmental management program at Yale University this fall, graduating with both degrees in May 2027. Bench is currently programs vice chair of the Section’s Environmental Law Society Network and a member of the Section's 2025 Fall Conference Planning Committee.
Cassidy Yelincic will be joining Sidley Austin LLP as a summer associate this year. She is in her second year of law school at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and anticipates graduating in May 2026. Cassidy is the northeast regional representative vice chair of the Section's Environmental Law Society Network and president of the Environmental Law Society at Haub Law. She is also a junior associate with the Pace Environmental Law Review and will become web editor in May. Yelincic will continue her work as a land use scholar with Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus John Nolon at the Land Use Law Center through graduation, which she began during her 1L year.
