Student contributors take the lead

It is with pleasure and pride that we introduce the inaugural law student issue of Trends. All 12 outstanding articles in this issue were authored by students from law schools across the United States. In Trends’ great tradition, the articles cover cutting-edge topics, ranging from climate change to clean energy to criminal liability, in a manner that provides essential insights for practicing lawyers.
